Pros

Nothing I can say, except that they finally released offer letter after 3 timings calling for it

Cons

HR people at Axa are very irresponsible, they do not care about your time while on boarding process. They asked me to come to their office to pick up the offer letter and kept postponing it for 3 days, and every day they used to call me and make me waited for the whole day filling some forms, they treat you like a college student

Pros

Access to many different products to sell to clients

Cons

Management is terrible, and they keep a lot from you during the interview. At the end of the day, this job is what you make of it. Once you learn they can't fire you if you hit your quotas, you can really starting doing things on our own. Some managers will call you late at night and will micro manage.
