Pros

- some changes happening but s - Hard working individuals

Cons

- all top positions are French guys or white. - the management does not have strategy and keep on changing mind at the flick of a switch. - Typical French Micro management with negative environment all around. - Career growth is limited unless you're French. - No reward for hard work or smart work - only a - There is no policy for check and balance - Management just fires individuals based on personal dislike rather than professional issues.
