Pros

Salary and benefits. Compensation package.

Cons

Terrible work environment. Every boss ask for things yelling and kicking people. They will never mind if you are tired. They cancel your vacations or promotions. It is a terrible place to work. Ugly offices, they are so old and with no maintenance that you can not believe it. And IT is the worst area or probably Bancassurance. The CEO does not care about people, not even if there is an earthquake, he asks to keep going with the kick off meeting. It is the worst!!!
