Pros

The salary is decent. They promote within.

Cons

They're not as organized as I would have thought. They have you all over the place doesn't really seem like. You don't have that much time to do your dedicated work as you're always helping others to complete theirs.

Pros

Solid benefits package, four weeks vacation, friendly coworkers, large enough company for lateral movement if you work in the home office.

Cons

There has been a lot of downsizing in the marketing departments. Many midtown positions now reside in Jersey City.
