Pros

Good pay, lots of opportunities to progress and go abroad once off of the graduate scheme Good exposure to senior management Market leader in many international markets

Cons

Relocating last minute with a months notice can be difficult but this is only for the two years on the scheme and only three times.

A very bad payer even though you were the best in your team. Pay is way below the.market standards. No professionalism. No automated processes. No job security.
