People, extent of exposure, work ethics, work-life balance, support when trying to develop professionally, office location, support, IT facilities, overall package of holidays and employee care;

Cons

The overall salary and additional compensation configuration is not best in the area of investment management, which makes it challenging to maintain talent in the firm

Pros

managers take your ideas seriously, it might take time but you will see the changes. 1.5hr lunch. not a big deal if you are late for work in the morning.

Cons

lag behind system, long working hour, low salary, things are usually done in the most obvious way. exhausting man power to compensate system loopholes. At best you have hard workers surrounding, no achievers or competitive ones at junior working level. Managers are great though.
