Pros

Interesting work assisting clients with concierge requests. Mix of customer service and research. The great thing about the job was the ability to travel virtually, learn about cities; their attractions, restaurants, and shows, all over the world. Great job for a global enthusiast.

Cons

Unfortunately, as with any customer service job, there are particularly unpleasant and overly demanding "guests." From an organizational perspective AXA Assistance Canada is a well managed and opened minded company, however the concierge department does not fall under their traditional management, and as such was lacking in managerial ability and effectiveness.

Pros

Work life balance. Great people if you work hard.

Cons

You have to work hard to be successful. Most people want a free lunch and are dissatisfied when they fail out and talk bad about the firm. It's a shame.
