Pros

Very good salary conditions, but under pressure due to general cost cutting in banking sector. Small organization (in Belgium) with motivated people who are easy to contact.

Cons

Management without any leadership or even vision on where to go with the team in the medium and long term. Strong focus on getting operational work done. No room for personal development or career steps. Very bureaucratic and a bit old fashioned. Very hierarchic with no room for bottom-up input for improvement.

Cons

Too much meetings in branch. Branch level office politics some time kills employees productivity.
