Pros

Employee friendly organisation. Well versed in cultural development.! The place where technology speaks lot. When it comes to work, recognition and compensations axa is a leader

Cons

Needs to upgrade trending technology, should focus more on employee carrier goodness as currently internal opportunities are comparatively less than other corporates

Pros

The people are all really nice and helpful. Generous benefits and paid time off. There is a sense of teamwork and comradery when working alongside people here.

Cons

The training and on boarding process has been very hands off/do it yourself. Not much communication with your direct managers.
