Everybody works in open cubicle. May not be suitable for people who do not like the kind of open environment.

Great team environment, people are always willing to lend a helping hand.

Cons

Full commission which is tricky when it can take anywhere from a few weeks to months until you close a deal, all depending on the poor support system from the NOC.
