All of my stakeholders and especially a team lead are very supportive. The environment is international and the main language of business communication is English. It’s welcomed here to challenge the current state of things and suggest improvements. I like the tasks and I’m happy to support 10+ markets with advertisement.

Cons

It's a dynamic fast growing environment. If you're looking for some slow pace work, than it's not for you.
