      Good place to work

      Pros

      The people are cool, kind, aged around 30yo, and very multicultural. The office is nice and located in Bergmann-Kiez. Easy to migrate upward and sideways within the company. Chances to travel to other offices.

      Cons

      Doesn't include perks like USC or German classes (only Babbel). Also not so many team building events, at least since the beginning of the pandemic. Lack of initiatives looking for the wellbeing of employees.

      Fast pace, interesting challenges and a lot of fun

      Pros

      Since I started at Auto1 in Berlin HQ almost 1 year ago, I have not looked back. I'm super happy with the challenges we have and the pace the company grows in. I have so much room to grow myself and become better at what I do. Super flexible Homeoffice rules, decent Salary and great colleagues.

      Cons

      The only thing you have to make sure is, that you know how to balance your private and work life, because if you don't then you can load yourself with way too much work, as there are so many opportunities.
