Pros

It's an international environment, with a lot of nice people to work with.

Cons

The management is not very efficient: they hired too many people in 6 months, so there is not a good foundation, plus they don't listen to the people they hire for their expertise. There is no strategy and they are stuck in a routine with no innovation.
