There are many toxic managers — at times, there were even insults and shouting during calls. Feedback is often ignored, and everyone seems afraid of upper management, which makes it hard to see yourself growing within the company long term, especially knowing that you'd eventually have to work more closely with these people. There's micromanagement in every task, poor cultural values, and a lot of stress. I think it's a place where you can stay for a couple of years to gain experience, but then it's better to move on to a company with healthier values.
