You can learn a lot The people are great and there is a relax atmosphere among colleagues flexible working hours.

Cons

At time you are ignored by your superiors for entire weeks. Every small decision need to be approved by management Salaries are kind of low (negotiate well during hiring process)

Pros

Good management (at least in my team). Freedom in tech stack for newly developed stuff. Mostly reasonable deadlines.

Cons

Some parts of the codebase are completely outdated and are no longer maintainable. Too low standards for hiring new people. Salaries are not the highest on the market (maybe it is my personal impression).
