- free fruits - pretty cool surroundings - chance to work with billion dollar business.

Cons

- partiality bw newcomer and existing salary. - No place to grow until they dont have vacant space. - no chance to convince for new tech stack due to tightly coupled tech stack. - favouritism in teams for promotion

Cool colleagues but bad management

You can get very nice colleagues and friends here and you have lots of freedom to achieve your ideas. It is not a bad choice if you are new to Berlin.

Cons

The management is not very good, people come and leave very frequently.
