* They don't care about the engineers * don't expect to get empowered everything is micro managed * you can't discuss your salary review, it's calculated by them and you can have only 1 salary review during your work time with them * Starting from the CTO to the engineer literally now care about the employee all what they care is the company is makiny money! * you can't take days off during conferences time you need to take from your PTOs *...
