      Pros

      • It's a large company so there is lots to get involved in and many tasks • Co-workers were communicative and supportive • Salaries were reasonable • Flexible remote work

      Cons

      • A hostile work environment, with a lot of pressure • Constant negative feedback and no positive reinforcement • Aggressive attitude from managers • No internal training provided, or plan for career progression. • Projects are disorganised with responsibility frequently changing. This makes it feel chaotic.

      Hands-on, Lots of responsibility in individual role, Nice office and home office flexibility, Decent educational budget and benefits.

      Terrible communication from middle and upper management, Lack of organisation and indecisive strategies for projects, Management that continuously micro-manage and make completing projects very difficult, Lack of upward growth opportunities, Uncompetitive salary and a lack of opportunities for promotion and pay rise, Unrealistic expectations of what can be achieved with resources provided, Unwillingness to take constructive feedback to improve practices within the team, A overly rigid and data-obsessed focus that oftentimes undermines meaningful direction and plan for projects, Way too many pointless meetings and time wasted on unnecessary processes.
