JUST RUN AWAY. It's a horrible company, lot of favoritism, incapable management, treating employees like workers in a sweatshop, burnouts everywhere.

To me, AUTO1 offers the right mix of a fast moving environment in which individuals can have a real impact whilst really building a solid, stable, profitable business as opposed to many unsustainably cash-burning upstarts.

Cons

Sure, not everything is perfect, but that actually makes it interesting and motivates to contribute to improve.
