I can't rightly think of any pros except for free refreshments at the offices.

Cons

In the habit of letting employees go 2 weeks before probation ends due to their "path to profitability" budget cuts, with absolutely no grounds. Yet CEO drives a top of the range Porsche.

Good atmosphere. Friendly team and individuals. Relaxed environment.

Cons

Low salaries, no raises almost. Mostly a dead end, almost no career development. Promotions are not based on a fair system. Some people get promoted in 1 year from interns to seniors to team leads and others can be stuck for 3 years or more with no promotions. Do not stay more than 2 or 3 years max.
