      Simple tasks and operative work could have an advantage for some people. Still, it was far from the offer and expectations for the role

      Micromanagement was on another level (checking by time your activity and questioning even toilet breaks).

      - Fast-paced and fast growing company which resulted in a lot of work being available for interns to get hands-on experience - Flat hierarchy, which meant if you were confident in being able to tackle a challenge, you were encouraged to go ahead and solve it - High expectations, which could also quickly result in granted responsibilities, if one proved themselves

      Cons

      - High turnover rate with staff - Somewhat of a chaotic environment which comes with limited hierarchy and high turn-over rate
