Good and friendly atmosphere, super nice people, onboarding, nice office and location, possibility to work remotely.

Cons

Everything depends on department and team (salary/level of pressure from management, etc), where you work. Very high turnover, the company doesn't appreciate employees, no one is trying to keep people, the moto is “there are no irreplaceable people”

- impossible to fire lazy and problematic people - after you agree to work for a small salary it will not be fare increased even after promotion - company prefer to hire people from abroad to work remotely instead increasing salary for already existing colleagues
