Work is not challenging or innovative, they're against new ideas for commercials (tired and old formats), really stupid people are promoted to VP level (after only 5 years at the company), highly toxic and gaslighting heads of departments and team leads who bully staff, incompetent HR department (no surprises there), incredibly LOW salaries. They lie to you during probation then after you pass, they change the benefits and rules entirely, blaming the markets, economy (but categorically refuse to acknowledge their mismanagement). One rule for the bosses and another for staff.
