People are nice and there are regular social events.

Cons

Feature factory, not the place if you want to grow as a successful product manager. PMs are pushed to work more on a do-whatever-management-asks-for style. Unfortunately management people are just people who decided to stay for many years at the company and naturally came to leadership positions in time but not really skillful and not making the right calls.
