      Unfortunately none at this time.

      I have already posted a review for this company but would like to add for all those that are considering accepting position with Auto1. My first review was not positive and neither this one will be. This morning in the elevator of downtown building a few people were openly discussing how bad this company really is. I did not want to even mention that I have been working with Auto1 since the comments were so bad that I was embarrassed.

      Pulsating, fast, successful, grande - but not for the faint hearted

      Pros

      A wise man said "learning happens outside the comfort zone". * Auto1 is a unicorn startup, one of the few in europe. for people that want to work on international or world-class scale without leaving berlin/germany/europe, auto1 is one of the few options. And since it's developing so fast, it's definetely the most interesting, if not top most, then at least in the top 3 of interesting employers on that scale right now. * Decisions are being made fast when required by the business. Billion dollar business with less than a day from idea to production? yip, possible. * It literally is "a new challenge every day". This challenge goes without the cliché of the "challenging new job" that you will find in an arbitrary job offer. Work is _really_ challenging here. People learn a lot and they also need to learn a lot. * After immense growth in 2015 things are cooling down. A lot of the things that were marked bad by previous ratings on glassdoor for this company have been considered, taken into account and tackled by management and HR.

      A wise man said "learning happens outside the comfort zone". * Quick growth always includes growing pain. This means higher than usual attrition rate, more than occasional overhours (depending on your position), pressure, badly documented features, legacy procedures. But you're never left alone with this. All your peers are friendly and always trying to help. * The management guys were formed in the storm. Under pressure they're not always nice. But then again, there's a lot at stake. One does not simple build a billion dollar company. * Since the business changes so fast, your work from yesterday can mean nothing and your work "until tomorrow" can mean everything. This creates frustrating moments, and those paired up with pressure can ruin your day. These situations are temporary, but they exist.
