      Exciting company where to grow!

      Pros

      -very nice communication with team leaders -if you are good and you prove it, it will be recognised -almost no extra working time -multicultural environment, several international teams -big and stable company in Berlin (no danger of failure) -nice office location (Kreuzberg) with several restaurants/bars around

      Cons

      -Fruits only once per week -organisation of rooms/open spaces=could be better (no space to relax and eat lunch; a lot of desks in the same area) -no possibility to do home office -no employer branding/attachment to the company -few team/department events

      Pros

      Very flat structure, if you are good in what you doing it will be recognize quickly. And there is good atmosphere in the company.

      Cons

      A lot of responsibility and a lot work, sometimes it is difficult to find a support. Decision-makers are not always available.
