A wise man said "learning happens outside the comfort zone". * Auto1 is a unicorn startup, one of the few in europe. for people that want to work on international or world-class scale without leaving berlin/germany/europe, auto1 is one of the few options. And since it's developing so fast, it's definetely the most interesting, if not top most, then at least in the top 3 of interesting employers on that scale right now. * Decisions are being made fast when required by the business. Billion dollar business with less than a day from idea to production? yip, possible. * It literally is "a new challenge every day". This challenge goes without the cliché of the "challenging new job" that you will find in an arbitrary job offer. Work is _really_ challenging here. People learn a lot and they also need to learn a lot. * After immense growth in 2015 things are cooling down. A lot of the things that were marked bad by previous ratings on glassdoor for this company have been considered, taken into account and tackled by management and HR.

There are tons of opportunities to grow within the organization for people, who are not looking for a nine to five job. I never expected that, and therefore I am quite happy where I am and what I have achieved so far. A good place for people who like their work and who like to give their best.
