      Pros

      Only thing good is that they have a ping pong table. Nothing else is good about this company. Oh do have weekend off. So I guess that's good.

      Cons

      Where to start. Management is a joke. No structure. Management goes back on what they say and have to constantly worry about your pay. Which is complete garage as it is. You do get salary plus commission but you salary is basically nothing and you hardly make any commission. I was top sales made barely minimum wage. Not a good company to work for.

      International environment. Big office in Kreuzberg, nice colleagues.

      Cons

      Absolute lack of organization, the management has no idea what's going on within their teams or they don't care. You are hired to do one repetitive task and keep quiet. New ideas are rejected by incompetent managers(maybe friend of who "count") who have only worked in Auto1 and think everything is perfect and nothing should evolve. Horrible and arrogant management, especially if we consider that many of them are in that position "maybe" because relatives or friends of the investors. Stay away if you are a motivated person, willing to learn something. You will waste your time and leave the place frustrated and in the verge of burn-out.

      Cons

      The management is hired because they are either friends or relatives of other upper management. This setting disincentivizes motivated people as their jobs will not be appreciated. The management are inexperienced and wont care how you perform the jobs, no chance of further learing. In the end, talented people leave, and the rest who have no other choices or for some reasons stay.
