      Pros

      Very different personalities, but a knitted team overall. Way more than it looks. You can learn as much as you want, both about recruitment and from the area you would cover. Very reliable management. No fake promises and quick reactions. Your daily work is absolutely independent as much as you are worthy of it. Hiring Managers could not be better, always responsive and cooperative. If you come along good, it can be hard to leave the office some days because you can have loads of fun. Excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      Recent HR department hiring decision are debatable. Team fit must the priority. Benefits could be better. Salaries could also be improved. Working from home is not available yet.
