      Great and exciting place to work, where learning and growing business skills are able to be obtained everyday. You can work on new projects daily with the latest of professional technologies. Friendly and humble people, environment as well. The company gives open mind for new tools and especially on our very own ideas. Also, you can value the growth of your own work in the company, may helps to improve to better. Good wage, and happy to work for a company that rewards their employees skills.

      Winners mentality, nice collegues, always innovating, no 9 to 5 spirit, good opportunity to learn sales and the automotive industry

      all operations are managed from Germany, not many important decisions are taken by each singol country

      Pros

      Auto1 is a young but also big company that is growing up very fast, especially here in Italy; you have to be competitive and starved of results, but also you have great opportunities. The colleagues are great, ready to help each other, the team leaders too and the ambient is young and smart. Definitely a very good place to work in.

      Cons

      I can't really found downsides of working there, maybe we can say that sometimes you have to face some pressure and get results but this is also one of the things that makes this work interesting!
