Messy and not friendly environment Dosent embody any good working culture Bad attitude from line managment Demotivating employeew by disgrasing his work effort and his ideas as long as he is not manager or a team lead Low salaries Stressful environment

Cons

Relocation package, however now most of companies are providing same benifits, so better to choose a better env
