Two vaccine jabs to keep job and still end up losing it due to neglect of company caring about its employees.

Pros

Good benefits, good life work balance, above average pay, annual raises.

Cons

Slow Gains, max 5% salary increase per year regardless of inflation. Saw a lower raise by dollar amount than janitors with similar benefits. It doesnt benefit me to stay within the company at that rate.

Good people, bad compensation.

Pros

The people at the company were great and my team had each other's backs. Management seemed to begin embracing full-time telework as I was leaving, which is nice because many jobs now can be done from anywhere.

Cons

Do not expect a market value pay range here. Low salaries across the board. Not much promotion from within unless you are in the club it seems.
