Un parcours d'intégration des nouveaux arrivants qui donne un bon aperçu de la richesse des métiers au sein de l'entreprise, des projets et des engagements. Un gros investissement en formation pour le maintien et le développement des compétences ainsi que des avantages pour les collaborateurs (intéressement, participation, télétravail, etc).
