No pros. Rotten organization from top to bottom.

Cons

I worked there for 3 years and was a dedicated employee who consistently over performed. This is a failing organization who continuously removes positions and lays off their employees. The amount of turnover that I saw over 3 years is unheard of. Don't fall for the trap, you can easily find a better role with better pay and much better management.

Pros

The hiring team were responsive and great to work with. The ARC team is a great group of people to work with, and I love the collaborative environment.

Cons

It's a small team so there's not tons of training. You have to be willing to figure things out as you go.
