Cons

The major downside is the very low salary growth. After working here for 6 years as an Application Support Executive, there was little to no increase in compensation, despite high performance and experience. The salary does not keep up with industry standards or rising living costs, making it difficult to stay motivated long-term. Additionally, the tough work hours take a toll. The job requires all-time night shifts, which can severely impact work-life balance and health over time. It’s not easy to manage family or social obligations due to the unusual hours. There are no real opportunities for switching shifts, so be prepared to work nights indefinitely. Overall, if you're looking for steady career progression and a balanced lifestyle, ARC might not be the best fit. It’s a decent entry-level role for experience, but not a place for long-term career growth.
