Nothing to any prospect of this company. I haven't found anything.

Cons

Just like a pipe, hired and after that fired. No such as HR policy. HR are nothing but a puppet here. Huge internal teamwise politics and if you have not oiling the upper management you must suffer. Incremental possibility is very poor. Your salary increases every 1.8 to 2 years.

Almost like owning your own business, 90% of clients friendly, clean and sophisticated business client.

Cons

As a vendor have no authority, stuck in the middle, get stepped on by the client and the support home office, both environments were very hostile at times, excluded from all company parties (client and my employer), employer does not throw parties for employees at any time during the year, no sick leave offered must borrow from PTO thus reducing vacation hours. Manager quit while being investigated by HR.
