Not the worst place to work but upper management does not care for anyone too grow within the company.

Upper management makes tons of false promises. They don’t care to let you become more that an operator. They want minimum wage but want everyone to be cross trained over Multiple departments

Was a very steady job until COVID, good salary and bonus program.

Cons

No training, high insurance costs, no company events. Very poor middle management. In equality. Company may be in the verge of collapsing.
