Great People - from Management to Sales to Service and Production. Good Compensation. Very Client Focused and committed to delivering on the promise! High level of integrity and commitment from Top down.

Cons

Can you say "Demanding Deadlines?" It is what it is if you are left alive and breathing in this industry, as it continues to contract. Management can foster a better team culture by closer communication, and rewarding employees with recognition on a regular basis. Although there is a bonus incentive in place, 2019 and of course 2020 were down years - so the bonus was irrelevant.

Great staff and a good atmosphere to work in. Other locations strengthened Cincinnati's ability to meet difficult deadlines and met some genuinely talented and helpful individuals.

Cons

Senior management was too detached from operations to employ many of the strategies that made other locations successful. Often it seemed that announcements of innovation were through email and that our familiarity with them was not pushed. Tools were there but loosely employed or lacked in training.
