Most shops operate well together. Working together like a family. Very loyal to each other and willing to go the extra mile to take care of the customer and deliver a superior product.

Cons

Wages are behind, we need to catch up. A process to correct this are in place and promising.

1. Slow development 2. Inability to accept new technologies 3. Incapable Management 3. Inefficient leadership. You can find managers everywhere but no one knows about what is happening actually in code. 4. App security is miserable.

Hierarchy and role has no transparency , It is only based on personal relation. People who obliges are treated better than people who work. The work culture is like an old govt office, many people spend most of their time in gossips than work.
