Communications are very flawed down from the human resources level (benefits NOT fully explained along with mistakes on the payroll level have been problematic) to the corporate level (lack of communication between teams with not understanding and USING the technology that successful organizations have been using - Salesforce). New employees are not treated to a proper working computer, new employees are not given a proper orientation of the company. A dress code is enforced where employees have to wear a tie during the week is archaic at best along with a strict 8am to 5pm schedule is enforced

Plain and simple, ARC has an executive problem. If it were managed by a dynamic, engaging and professional team of executives, it could be a billion dollar company. If you are part of the untouchable caste, you can fail your way to the top, if not... good luck. Most of upper management would have zero chance of getting similar positions with other fortune 400 companies. The pay is far below similar firms. Sales training is nearly non existing and what training is available is done by somebody who has never sold. Operations team has no idea how to position ARC as a true dominant force in the market, instead focuses on squeezing an extra point in margin. In the latest investor call, the CEO could not even recall when the largest product release in company history happened, great eye on the company there. On the latest compensation plan, they reduced sales pay and built in a component that will be nearly impossible for anyone in the company to hit.
