The only reason you may even think of working at ARC is, exposure to new technologies. Freshers can learn different technologies but can't stay for longer durations.

Cons

Upper Management level lacks sufficient experience majorly in-terms of understanding the basic utilities of technologies. What to use, when to use and where to use, they won't think much about that and even they won't listen to the experienced developers. It's just do something, show results and then at-times they take a U-turn. Practically back to zero.

We recently negotiated our Health Insurance coverage with a new provider, and we actually have prescription drug coverage that is in line with industry standards. Addressing the high cost of health insurance continues to be a challenge for the entire business community, as insurance companies are finding ways to meet new government imposed coverage.
