All of the people were great to work with, they all seemed to have pride for there job.

Cons

The sales manager was bad. Not sure if he was ever a successful sales person. You know the old saying, THOSE WHO CAN"T DO TEACH. But he was not good at either. All he did was have zoom meetings day after day and ask from day to day what have you closed in the last 24 hours? He never offered to ride with me, I know it was covid19 but there were ways to engage. The one time he did take to an account which he referred them as his golf friends. I think he set the meeting up just to be able to see them to set there next golf outing up. Now that the state is opening I am not sure what this company with do if they can't exploit the schools to buy the covid19 protection.

Upper management will work you until burnout, and when you tell them about the burnout, they'll ask you to work more.
