Pros

Competitive salaries. Flexible schedules. Knowledgable and well established company. Largest Reprographic Company in US. therefore the healthcare benefits package is fairly decent. Invests well in finding new technologies thats help keep a curve on progressively changing economy.

Cons

Traditional marketplace is becoming obsolete. Transitioning to a more stable market product has been difficult but is appears to be slowly working. Management has made many changes to adjust. Positions and salary is static. No cost of living increases and hard to transition in the company. Management team does not change and company is not expanding.

Cons

india technical management is just a pittance. general office maintenance is shabby. incapable people leading the india team. favouritism present. US team is capable however.
