Depending on the job you have flexibility and great team members. Lots of people with great knowledge and willing to help.

Cons

The company only sees you as a number and the company leadership lacks direction and ethics. They do not value loyalty or progressive thinking and will drop you even if you have high performance without giving severance.

They gave us free snacks. They had unlimited vacation.

Cons

Most of the work was transferred overseas. My coworker received a 50 cent raise in 3 years. Since that was the only office location there was no room for growth.
