Some of the people are nice and I have made friends

Where to start, this company has gone downhill since 2019. I wouldn't blame it on COVID but the way management has started treating the employees. They have a "at least you have a job" attitude that is running rampant though out the company. During COVID the company downsized, like many others, but the work balance is horrible person to person. No standard rules and if you are part of the "in crowd" you can work from home and work your hours. Others get in trouble for being 5 minutes late.
