Pros

They buy you lunch, give some people birthday parties and others don’t get one. The pto is good. But no real pay increases.

Cons

The manager is terrible and corporate is like the grim reaper. They lay off a lot of workers all the time to save money especially if you’re older or become sick. The seagulls in the parking lot dump on your car all day. It’s foreshadowing. Most of the people there are nice but the sales people are pushy and irritating.

Consistent working hours. Flexibility to get more business.

Cons

No training. Extreme disorganization. Upper management doesn't care about people, just money. Pay is low. They fire people without notice and shove their jobs onto everyone else. Employees backbite each other. No one feels appreciated. No pride in the company. Benefits are not great. Each shop runs different with no consistency. Different shops steal jobs from each other. No employee discount.

Cons

This company started out in the 80's mainly printing blueprints, plans, and reports for construction companies. Now that most documents are managed digitally they are trying to pivot to something with a profitable future, but they don't seem to know what that is. Before the pandemic, they started rounds of layoffs as a cost cutting move. I do not recommend applying for a job there as your professional future will be very uncertain.
