Poor management lack of compassion towards Volunteers, to much politics and to many egos.

Pros

Fast paced environment. Local management communicates information from upper management well keeping employees feed with information. Benefits are reasonable. It's enticing to see the color graphics equipment and artwork that emerges from them.

Cons

Outdated subset of the printing industry: Reprographics which is printing large format prints for the arch, eng, and construction industries. Don't expect to move up in the company. Management is a brotherhood. Sales people churn just like any other printer.
