Weak management and poor pay--go elsewhere

Pros

CEO and VP are highly responsive to low level workers' ideas. Very little mandatory overtime--good work/life balance. Coworkers were great (until they ran off/dismissed all of the high performing ones). Used to be a fun yet productive environment.

Cons

-"Temporary" pay cut three years ago that they still haven't given back to us. -It takes the company a very long time to accomplish anything.

Flexible work environment, very pleasant co-workers.

Cons

Poor leadership and lots of nepotism. Even though it is a large employer, and the smaller companies have merged, ARC Document Solutions still operates with a "mom-and-pop" mentality. Lacks modern day, tech saavy leadership. If you work here too long you will loose your competitive edge when searching for work elsewhere.

1. Chance to work with advance technology 2. Huge scope to learn and work in depth of technology 3. Product base company, so get a chance to learn details of product development. 4. Salary is good

Cons

1. Management really need a vision with a proper direction 2. Managers or Manager (more specific) need to go for some PMP training first. 3. Some times requirement comes at the last moment. 4. Really unplanned work, management will sit on you for just nothing. 5. Staying more hours without any reason or may be without Employees wish.
