I get to make up what I do cause nobody in the entire company has a handle on anything

If you're irreplaceable you also can't be promoted. Don't even recognize people who have been there longer than 10 years. Not even a thank you. Haven't had an evaluation in 7 years, easy way for them not to give raises. Employee appreciation is no existent, only care about share holders. Upper management is an complete joke. No structure or rules being implemented anywhere. This has to be one of the worst companies to work for. Thanks for screwing up a really good company Suri, it only took a few years to screw up the perfect company OCB was. RIP OCB

- Lots of turnover so you get to always meet new people - They always find new and innovative ways to make my job unnecessarily more difficult - Coworkers are great

Cons

- Micromanaged - Engineers built our newest product in a bubble (probably India) and released it incomplete and 3 years too late compared to our competition. Then they wonder why the sales team can't sell it - No training
