I have worked at ARC for nearly 5 years, I have always being treated fantastically and its such a positive place to work. From the corporate team right through, there is a real sense of caring and compassion and just a great alround positive company

Awesome support from the corporate head office teams, who are always on hand to provide assistance whenever required. ARC gives its employees the oppertunity to grow and develop in order to move up through the company.

Cons

After much thought, i honestly can't think of any negatives. This really is a company that works on the principle of you get out what you put in and providing your doing your part and work hard you shouldn't have any negatives.
